Specifically, Supported Living Services (also referred to as Supportive Living Services), behavioral services, and other services funded by the State of California, which are designed for these individuals, are often inappropriately denied. Title 17 and the Lanterman Act mandate appropriate services are to be offered to qualified clients and if you are being denied, you have rights to mediation and a Fair Hearing.
